Third 2016/17 kış sezonunda, kendi kültürünün değerlerinin sosyal etkileşimlerini, sembolik bir açıdan yaklaşarak ortaya koyuyor. Adı ise we ve freedom, biz ve özgürlük, kelimelerinin karışımı olan We'dom. Bizlik ve özgürlük!Koleksiyon, yerel etnik değerleri ve Türk kilim, halı dokuma sanatını, sanat, sosyal kültür ve mimariyle harmanlıyor. Marka bu sezon, karakterini ve anlatmak istediklerini kilim dokumada kullanılan motif dillerini kullanarak, kendine yeni bir dil yaratıp anlatıyor. We'dom dilinde, kilim dokuma dilinin aksine, memnuniyet, mutluluk ve aşk sürekli karşı cins üzerinden değil, günlük istekler, hayatın getirdiği güzellikler üzerinden yaratılmış bir dil.

Third’s Fall Winter 16/17 collection reveals the cultural values of social interaction with an eye on symbolic expressions.

The collection combines local ethnic values and traditional craftwork of Turkish kilims with a modern twist inspired by art, social culture, and architecture. The brand expresses its identity by interpreting social symbols on prints, which are inspired from the Turkish kilim signs, with the brand’s colorful and playful style.

We’dom signifies freedom and unification by dropping out gender inequalities, female obligations, limitations, superstitions and cultural norms. The collection presents a new pure symbolic language by twisting the original meanings of signature symbols about bad luck, fertility, wealth, matrimony, satisfaction, female and male facts in the societies.

We'dom is an expressionism project combined with strong modern symbols. Traditional ornaments, motif craftworks, nostalgic times, memories, master artists Bedri Rahmi Eyuboglu , Francis Bacon and Ali Özocak, Turkish mural artist in the 70's who is designer's father, are the muse of the collection. Tribute to designer's father, there is an 'Ali Clutch' in the collection symbolizing the warmth of the good memories.

The collection reflects the silhouette of a young, playful woman with obvious strong designs, bold colors and high-quality materials in a symbolic way.

This season, brand focuses on different textures such as, faux fur, felt, satin, shiny surfaces and thick zippers.

Additional to bags and clutches, Third presents plexiglass key rings, charms and most excitingly, silk and cotton silk scarves with special prints.
